Unlock the harmony & beauty in your home.

Thoughtfully designed spaces that feel as beautiful as they are functional; that is my goal for every project I work on.

Whether you're preparing to sell or settling in, I help bring out the best in every home.

Great design doesn’t require starting from scratch.

By working with what you have, I create spaces that feel intentional, functional, and effortlessly beautiful.

Unplanned Kitchen Facelift

It was the day after Thanksgiving in 2021 when our stove suddenly stopped working. With Christmas Eve hosting just weeks away, the pressure was on to find a replacement.

At the time, many appliances were backordered due to Covid, and rather than settle for something that didn’t meet our needs, we took it as an opportunity to finally upgrade to a wider range — something we had considered for years.

Fortunately, we found a double-oven range in stock and on sale for Black Friday — and just like that, a month-long remodel sprint began.

We kept most of the existing cabinetry, removing the back wall uppers to open the space. A plate rack was replaced with a slim microwave, and we layered in an off-white subway tile backsplash, open shelving, and a custom-framed vent hood to complete the transformation.

Design Takeaway:
Strategic updates — like removing upper cabinets and adding layered finishes — can completely transform a space without a full renovation. Opening up sightlines and layering in thoughtful details made our kitchen feel new.

Forever Home Paint and Carpet Selection

Before Michele and Don even closed on their new home, they reached out for my help to create a cohesive color palette and design plan.

With large paint board samples and a focus on identifying the undertones of the existing finishes, I was able to confidently narrow down and recommend the right paint selections.

Once the color palette was established, we selected carpeting to complement the overall design. The end result is a warm, earthy palette that beautifully enhances the home’s natural woodwork.

Design Takeaway:
A well-balanced color palette starts with understanding the undertones of what’s staying.

1990’s Bathroom Makeover

When Ken and Mary Aileen built their forever home in 1992, they prioritized the big investments and opted for builder-basic finishes in the bathrooms.

More than 30 years later, the wallpaper was showing its age and the space was ready for a refresh. With the goal of avoiding a full renovation, I reimagined the room by introducing a new vanity, faucet, mirror, and light fixture, along with updated flooring and a floor-to-ceiling curtain to soften and disguise the rarely used shower.

The result is a fresh, functional bathroom that feels more open, intentional, and welcoming for visiting family and guests.

Design Takeaway:
Thoughtful surface-level updates can dramatically improve function and feel — no major demolition required.

My Story:

“I believe every home has untapped potential.”

My love for design began in childhood—convincing friends how much “fun” it would be to rearrange their bedroom furniture.

What started as afternoons of heavy lifting has grown into a business I truly love, centered around creating warm, welcoming spaces.

I believe every home has untapped potential. Through a thoughtful, layered approach to design, I transform spaces without the need for full-scale renovation—bringing balance, function, and beauty into everyday living.

Whether you're preparing your home for sale or looking to fall in love with your space again, my goal is to bring out the best in your home in a way that feels natural, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
